Looking for a room or studio flat or shared rental

Hello, my name is Adrian and I am 33 years old.
I am looking for a room, studio flat, or shared accommodation.
I work full-time in construction and am usually out during the day. I am a quiet, calm, and respectful person who values a peaceful living environment. I have my own car, so a parking space is required.
I am a single father, and an essential condition of my stay is that my two daughters can stay with me on weekends. They would be with me on Saturdays and Sundays, including an overnight stay from Saturday to Sunday. Sometimes we may arrive late on Saturday night, and sometimes already in the morning, but they would be staying with me for the weekend.
I also own some work tools. Ideally, there would be a small space available to store them (for example in a garden, shed, garage, or another suitable area). However, if this is not possible, I am still open to considering the room.
I am responsible, tidy, and always treat the property with respect.
