Short-Term Stay Wanted – Jan–Feb 2026 (Manchester)

Hi, my name is Eric, and I’m looking for a short-term place to stay in Manchester while visiting the UK on holiday.

I’ll be moving in on 8th January 2026 and checking out on 9th February 2026 (1 month).

Location
• Preferably central Manchester
• Also happy with Greater Manchester areas as long as there are direct tram or train links into the city centre, or the property is close to a tram/train stop

What I’m looking for
• A private room with my own bathroom/toilet (en-suite preferred)
• Or a self-contained studio / whole place
• Happy to share common areas if the bathroom is private

Budget
• Up to £1000 for the month (all bills included)

Amenities
• Washing machine
• Microwave
• Basic kitchen facilities
• Clean, well-maintained property

About me
• I work in the banking sector in Ghana
• Clean, respectful, and very friendly
• Quiet and responsible
• Used to shared living but also comfortable living independently
