40YO woman looking for likeminded buddy-up

Hello!

My name is Federica, I am 40, I work as a senior manager in the charity sector. I am originally Italian and have been in London for six years now and I love it! I work from home as my job is fully remote, but I like to keep busy, I go out a lot, see friends, go to the movies, play sports and generally try to enjoy the city as much as I can. I also travel often, both for work and to see my partner, who lives in the Midlands. Full disclosure he spends some days with me every month (two alternate weekends - which we do not always spend in London, we often go somewhere else - and occasionally some days during the week if he needs to come to London for work). He has a job and kids in the Midlands so this is very much not a "boyfriend always over" setup, but since it's a bit unconventional, I need to be upfront about it from the start. He is my same age, very friendly and works in the ethical investments field, in case it matters.
I am tidy, clean and considerate and I would love to live with likeminded people - I am very friendly and nice but also busy and have loads of friends so might not be around all the time!

I am a bit struggling with my current flatmates as they never have anyone over and like to live a bit in a "sanctuary" of silence, they are also home all the time and don't really work, never go out or see any friends, so they see me as the "noisy troublemaker" - which I have never been! I have lived in five countries, have shared more houses than I can count, and always had lovely experiences with flatmates (some of them became my friends for life). I would be happy to provide references! Since I am almost 40, most of my friends in London live with their partners, so I do not have anyone I know that would be willing to look for a place together, while I am thinking of flatsharing a bit longer to save some money to potentially put a deposit down in the future.
To be clear, no shade on my flatmates, they are absolutely ok, we are just very different people and it is best if we go our own way. I need to live with someone who will not be bothered if I make a cup of tea at midnight in case I am still working, or if I pack and have to leave very early in the morning to catch a train. Again, to be clear, I am really super considerate but British houses are made of paper so if you are an extremely light sleeper maybe I am not the right person for you!
On the other hand I am really very rarely bothered by anything in the house, apart from dirt and mess (but I am not obsessed or obsessive).

In terms of zones, I currently live in Brixton but I can be very flexible as I do not have a commute to work. I would love to live somewhere that is not more than 35 minutes to Paddington as both my partner and I travel through it so, as much as I love it, I think South-East for instance is a no-go for me. I would love to be in Zone 2 in order to be able to move around London easily.

In terms of timings, considering I will be back in London on 7 January, I would consider moving at the end of February/beginning of March ideally.

I am throwing this message in a bottle in the sea of SpareRoom, hopefully there is someone like me out there, a sound sleeper, easy going, friendly, tidy, clean person, who does not have a very fixed schedule, is often out of the house, and likes to have people over from time to time to share some food and a laugh!
