Room, Shared, Flat, Studio or Buddy up wanted

Recently had a change of circumstances and I am after a Room, Buddy, Studio, Flat, or anything at all to move in to and a I am available whenever. Preferably it would be around Bracknell Forest, Camberley, Maidenhead, Marlow, Windsor or Wokingham area or a little further afield if necessary.

About the property - I would quite like some parking or parking nearby at least and would prefer the place to be non-smoking, although it’s not a complete deal breaker. Also furnished would be great but again if that isn’t possible then understandable, I would also be grateful for a desk to do some work at.

A little about me - I love Films and I actually work in the Film/Television industry, therefore I do work all manor of hours and can occasionally be away for days on end with very little notice. I feel as though I am easy to get along with and I quite enjoy cooking. My other interests include Football, Writing, the Outdoors and going to the pub and seeing friends etc.

About you - As long as you are also easygoing, you could be from Mars for all I care, I prefer a non-smoker but not a deal breaker and I love pets, so no issues with that.
