Psychologist looking for room, long stay

Yes I know, but it's a cliche because it 100% I'm a genuinely young-at-heart 51-year-old cognitive behavioural (CBT) therapist, with the cheekiest sense of humour in the universe, actually make that that multiverse. As you can gather from my profile, I have a rather varied set of interests, from Buddhism, to MMA, to mindfulness which I teach to many of my patients, as well as many others but had to be selective. I'm as happy to be sociable as to give others the alone time they need. I work from home full time, and therefore would need broadband. Working from my room isn't a problem as long as there is working space.
Although I've the slightest presence to living in a non-shared accommodation, this really doesn't matter I've no particular expectations from any prospective housemate other than they do all the housework (joke!), really someone who's easy going like me, and respectful of each other's spaces when needed.
