Considerate, creative couple looking for room

We are a couple looking for a room in a shared house/one bed flat OR a buddy up with two friends in a 3 bed. (We're open to another couple but I assume it might be harder to find a two bed for 4 people?) We would like space for a desk and art materials in our room so we can work and ideally the place would be unfurnished so we can move our own belongings with us but are open to discussing furniture. We are communal living veterans and enjoy hanging out, but also are respectful of other people's spaces and often do our own thing. I'm an artist and illustrator and Sam is a chef and film maker. We love the pub, films and art (basically all the good stuff that everyone likes) ✨
