Recently moved from the US, so prefer similar accommodation I had back there: Larger new building, A/C, washer + dryer, dishwasher, gym, concierge/front desk, etc.
Professional in finance, only WFH on Fridays.
I like to keep the apartment clean. Can deal with a little mess, but not dirt.
I like to socialize and communicate, but also have my down time. I respect people’s right to peace and quiet in their own unit, and would expect the same.
Like to gym, meet new people, hike, and spend time with my doggo, who will remain with my family unless my new neighbor is ok with occasional visits.
Need to give 2 months’ notice to current landlord, and earliest move out date is Jun 5th, 2026.
