Hi there! We are Andy and Tess a 30+ year old couple from NZ looking for our new sublet! I am an Accountant by trade and Tess is in Early Childhood Education. We are looking for a furnished room for a 12 month lease preferably in North London which is close to the tube. We are available to move anytime from June.
