Hi, I'm Clare. I've recently moved to London from Australia, and have been subletting while I find my feet.
I'm a professional accountant, but have been doing temporary work since I arrived in the UK, so I don't have great references. However, I've been working professionally in Australia for almost a decade, and have been renting since 2017. I can provide a rental reference for my last property from my Australian real estate agent.
Ideally, I'd like to find flat mates who are friendly and easy going. I'm a tidy person, and clean up after my self in communal spaces. I like to socialise, however also like to have my own space. I do a lot of volunteering, and enjoy winding down with some netflix or a good board game.
