Hi there! I’m renting a rehearsal studio in Hackney and am looking for a room to rent nearby.
I’m a 36-year-old actively touring musician (£30,000+ per annum), with additional income sources coming up. I wake up early, so I’m best suited to a calm, non–party-style household. I don’t smoke, drink, or use any drugs, and I’m looking for a non-smoking flat (fine if others smoke on the balcony).
I do a lot of reading and writing so I need some space for a desk and a chair to read and write.
I’m interested in English language and literature & poetry in general and do some translations from Russian to English and vice versa as a hobby.
I don’t practice music at home and I’m out and about most days due to work and seeing friends. I eat meat and like cooking simple meals at home. I also cycle regularly, so bike storage would be ideal, though not essential.
