PhD Student looking for Flat Share with Parking

I am a PhD Student at University of Dundee School of Medicine and recently just started in September so still have another 3 years to go. I am based at Ninewells Campus, though happy to stay outwith this area and travel to Ninewells.

I am looking for flat/flatshare with parking in Dundee that does not require a "Residents Parking Permit" within Dundee and has it's own parking. I currently have a flat in Dundee with no parking which I require, and has a notice period of 28 days.

I am an outgoing individual who loves to socialise and explore new areas and activities. I am loving being a full time PhD student, though like to wind down by watching TV, movies, spending time with my flatmates whether it is over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine depending on the kind of day we have had! I love going out to watch the football and darts, though do sometimes like to just spend days in the flat chilling out.
