Friendly, Tidy Room Seeker from 28th Feb

Hi! I’m currently looking for a room to rent starting February 28th in and around Hackney or probably somewhere in east London (zone 1 or 2). I’m a responsible, tidy, and respectful person who values a calm yet social living environment. I keep shared spaces clean, pay rent on time, and communicate openly with housemates.

In my free time, I enjoy board games, walking, running, yoga, other forms of workouts and socialising, whether that’s a relaxed evening at home or heading to the pub with friends. I’m friendly and easygoing, and I appreciate a good balance between personal space and socialising with housemates.

Ideally, I’m looking for a comfortable room in a well-maintained apartment or house, with good access to public transport and nearby amenities. I’d love to share with like-minded people and contribute to a positive home atmosphere.
