Room in a friendly house wanted.

My name’s Ollie - I’m a 27 year old from New Zealand. I’m looking for a room to take in the next couple of weeks, ideally in north or east London (Islington, angel, Holloway, Shoreditch, Hackney etc.) as I like these areas but I am open to other options!

My budget is probably a maximum of £1000 but would potentially consider higher for the right place.

I moved to London earlier in the year and have been staying with family but I’m now eager to move out and get my own place.

While I already have friends around the city, I’m keen to make more by moving out. I’m hoping to find a friendly, sociable household where we occasionally make the effort to do things together, while still respecting each other’s space and valuing our own downtime.

I work full time professionally (3 days a week at home).

I enjoy getting out and about, travelling, going to the pub, live music, football, tennis, guitar - you name it, I’m pretty keen to at least try anything.

I’m an open minded, tidy and easy going individual. I have plenty of house share experience and can provide references if needed.
