Professional looking for spare room

Hey, I'm 28 years old from Derbyshire, looking for a room in London as I am moving down for work.

I work in politics and will be working in Westminster, so somewhere not too far away or with good links would be great. (And don't worry, I don't drone on about politics either).

Pimlico, Kennington, Clapham, Battersea, Putney etc. and surrounding areas would all be fine by me.

I'm generally pretty chilled out, I like socialising with housemates and hanging out, cooking, playing games, watching TV, going out for drinks/coffee etc. but also like my own time and happy to give others their own time. I'm also into loads of different sports, and looking to get back into playing 5-a-side and potentially taking up padel while down there. Also should probably start running, but that one may be more difficult!

Ideally would like an en-suite room that is furnished, but not a deal breaker. As long as the vibes are good and we all get along, I'm happy!

Budget including bills would be max £1750/1800pcm so anything under that would also be great.
