Finding roommate to rent a 3+bed together

I'm a illustrator and freelancer so I prefer quiet environment. Depends on the size of room but I might need 2 rooms (1 for sleep, 1 for creative work. Just drawing with simple tools so won't be noisy or smelly.)
I like keeping shared place clean and tidy.
I have a well behaved dog, so location close to a park would be ideal.

Preferred area: South liverpool, or around L1
