Room Wanted in M13 / M14

I’m looking for a furnished room in M13 or M14 (Longsight, Victoria Park, Rusholme, Fallowfield areas).

About what I need:

Enough space for an office desk and a small amount of stock (nothing noisy or disruptive)

Good internet is a big plus

Move-in:
I can move in within one week of the agreement (currently on a one-week notice period).

I’m a working professional, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I work partly from home, so I appreciate a calm and well-kept environment, reliable with rent, and looking for something stable.
