**budget: £700pcm inc. bills**

i'm 24 years old, i use she/they pronouns and i'll be starting a 6 month FTC job on 5th january in VFX for film. for the first 6 weeks, it will be on site 5 days a week but then will be hybrid, where i will only need to be in office for 2 days of the week. i'm looking for a tenancy of minimum 2 months, and max 6 months

my budget is £700 inc. bills, though i may be flexible on this. i'm unbothered about shared amenities, as long as no more than 2 people are sharing a bathroom

i'm pet friendly as i have owned cats and dogs in the past. i'm lgbtq+ friendly too.
