Looking for a great housemate(s)

I am a clean, kind, responsible professional working, studying and exercising from Monday to Friday and most of the weekend. I do like to properly relax when at home and I have a very friendly 16yr old tabby cat who enjoys sleeping all day and grabbing some attention from anyone at home if it's on offer, but he's equally happy to wait until I've finished working, training, studying, gardening, cleaning or out seeing friends.
