I’m a 27-year-old working professional originally from Hong Kong, currently working full-time on site as a Letting Negotiator in Chelsea.

I’m looking for a double bedroom (able to fit a desk and wardrobe) in a girls-only flat, with a budget of up to £850 including bills. Ideally, I’d like to move in around 1st February, with a bit of flexibility.

My preferred areas are Fulham, Notting Hill, West Kensington, Pimlico and Bayswater, but I’m also open to nearby locations with a reasonable commute—either a tube journey or within ~25 minutes by bike to Chelsea.

I’m easy-going, tidy, and very considerate as a housemate. Due to my long working hours and fully on-site role, I’m often out during the day and evenings, so I’m fairly low-key at home. I’ve had great relationships with my current housemates; unfortunately, we’ve all been served notice, so I’m now looking for a new place.
