Room Needed – Clean & Reliable – 27th Feb

Hi, I’m Ben 19 working full time as a head chef in Leamington Spa.
My current tenancy is ending, so I’m looking for a room to move into by 27th February.

I work long hours (mostly days/ evenings and weekends), so I’m out a lot. When I’m home I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. I always pay rent on time and take real pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and organised.

I’m ideally looking for:
• A furnished room
• A friendly, relaxed household
• Good transport links around Leamington / Coventry
• £500 to £800 budget (including bills if possible)

I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and I’m not into parties just a hardworking, chilled guy who’s focused on work and building a solid future.

Happy to move in as soon as possible and can provide references if needed.
