Friendly professional looking for a room in Zone 1

Hi! I’m Francesc, and I’m moving to London in January to work in finance. I’m looking for a room in a well-located flat in Central London (Zone 1), ideally around Fitzrovia, Marylebone, Paddington, Mayfair, Soho or Westminster.

I’m an easy-going, organised and respectful person, and I’ve lived in shared flats before. I like keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, and I’m reliable with bills and responsibilities. At the same time, I’m friendly and sociable, happy to chat, share a meal or a coffee, but I also value personal space and a calm home environment.

I’d ideally like to live with people who are considerate, relaxed and easy to get along with. Someone who treats the flat like a home rather than just a place to sleep. I’m looking for a place from January (flexible on exact dates) and ideally for a few months.
