Professional Seeking Ensuite from 1st March 2026

I’m a 38-year-old professional relocating to Newcastle for work and looking for an ensuite room within 30–40 minutes walk of Newcastle University from 1st March 2026.

What I’m looking for:
Ensuite bedroom
Bills included
Budget: around £600 pcm (flexible for the right place)
Parking space required (off-street preferred)
Clean, quiet, well-maintained home
Bike storage ideally (not essential)

About me:
Full-time professional
Clean, tidy, and respectful
Non-smoker
Sociable but also value my own space
Ideally sharing with other professionals

I’m looking for a 6–12 month let, with the possibility of extending if it’s a good fit.
