Seeking immediate accommodation for me and my 3 year old staff dog shes very well behaved house trained clean and causes no nuisance or damage im willing to leave a refundable deposit just for your ease of mind im currently in a 8bed hmo which is about to be demolished and there is another 3 tennants here who I and our landlord will vouch for one of which works the rest of us claim housing benifits we have lived together for close to 4 years would be fantastic if we was able to stick together i would appreciate any offers and can allow you to meet winter and come introduce ourselves if wish, I do not use drugs or alcohol i take pride in my appearance and keep where i live very clean and tidy and respect everyones space and needs.
