Hi, I’m an architect working in central London looking for a room in August. I’ve lived and worked here about 7 years now - current flatmates are moving out and think it’s time for a change of scenery. Will be 30 by then (welp) and I get along with pretty much anyone really. Shared living space is a must have - I like to socialise & chat. Looking for a double room of sufficient size and storage (12sqm or more is considered enough to be comfortable generally). I don’t mind if furnished or not - I have furniture I can bring if not. If there is enough room to store a bike as well somewhere in the house / flat / garden that would be ideal!
