Single Professional with Elderly Cat

High School English Teacher relocating to London to be nearer to family and get more out of life! Wanting to meet another woman to buddy up with and find a 2 bed flat to decorate and make a home.

My brother lives in Leyton so I am trying to get within a reasonable distance of there. I am 31 so looking for somewhere comfortable and willing to pay more for more space. I would like to be able to bring some of my own furniture so it will feel like home.

I can afford a maximum of 1300 if all the bills are included.

I love art and fashion - I own a vintage clothing shop in Barry at the moment! I would love to be in a home of up to 2 other people who are up for a chat and exploring together.

I am a home owner here in Wales so I am very respectful of property. I am clean and tidy but not overly so I won't be following anyone around with a dustpan.

My cat is called Kitty and she is 20 years old. She is super cute but at this point basically a living cushion. She will likely just stay in my room unless you wish to befriend her.

I haven't got a job secured yet but am told it shouldn't be too much of a wait. Latest I will be moving is July.
