I’m a postgraduate student starting my Master’s in Business with Management at Northumbria University London, and I’ll also be working in central/east London. I’m looking for a clean, calm and respectful flatshare, ideally close to the university or in a well-connected area.

A bit about me: I’m responsible, tidy, and easy-going. I enjoy music, singing, art, and creating content for social media. I really value a peaceful home environment. I’m not a party person and I don’t smoke, but I’m friendly and enjoy positive, respectful energy at home.

I’m usually balancing studying and work, so I appreciate a home that feels comfortable. I’m independent, considerate of shared spaces, and communicate well.

I’m also happy living with pets, I love animals and I’m very respectful around them.

Preferred areas: East / Central London, especially E1, E1W, E2, E3, E14, Whitechapel, Bow, Stratford, or nearby areas with good transport links to Liverpool Street.

Budget: ideally £450–£500 per month, including all bills.

I’m flexible, reliable, and looking for a long-term place if it’s the right fit.
