Hi there
I’m looking for a room or studio to let mid-late February, ideally with an en-suite and storage for my mountain bike.
I have a car so a parking space is required.
A patio or balcony would be nice but not essential.
I’m in full time work in the electronics industry (business development / technical sales) and I’ve been with my current company 3.5 years. I’m currently situated in Caversham (RG4), and I’m keen to stay in the area, however, I’m open to locations in RG1 / Central / University Areas.
My budget is c.£850-900 pcm for a double en-suite and <£1100 for a suitable studio.
I work from home occasionally so a desk would be useful.
