I have my proof of employment and accommodation references available upon request for the landlord if and when needed.
I have plenty of experience managing utility bills e. g broadband, electricity, and have no issues taking responsibility for these in a shared living arrangement.
Outside of work, I enjoy both fitness and music. I play the classical flute and have been a member of both orchestras and smaller groups throughout my life. I also ran the Dublin Marathon in 2025 and have continued involvement in run clubs.
