Hi everyone! I’m looking for a new place to call home starting end March 2026. I’m a responsible, tidy, and quiet professional looking to join a friendly but relaxed household.
A bit about me:
- I work in the City near Liverpool Street Station.
- My role is office-based most (if not all) workdays, so I tend to head out early and return later in the evening.
- Because of my schedule, I’m a "low-impact" flatmate; I’m very clean, I respect shared spaces, and I value a peaceful environment to unwind in after a long day.
What I’m looking for:
• The Room: I’d prefer to stay in an ensuite. No preferences as to the other rooms in the flat.
• The Location: Ideally somewhere with a 20-30 minute total commute to Liverpool Street. I’d love to be near an Elizabeth line station (e. g., Stratford, Whitechapel, Canary Wharf, Custom House, Woolwich, Ealing Broadway) or any Tube line with a direct/quick connection.
• The Vibe: A clean, organized, and relatively quiet home. I’m always up for a friendly chat in the kitchen, but I generally keep to myself during the work week.
The Essentials:
• Budget: Up to £1500pcm (including bills).
• Move-in date: Before 30 March 2026.
