Hi, I’m Emmanuel, 23, and I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room to rent from 19 January 2026 for up to 6 months (flexible).
I’m an international student studying Big Data and Data Science. I’m a non-smoker, don’t have pets, and I’m respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I keep to myself but I’m friendly and happy to get on well with housemates. I’m interested in business, economics, law, entrepreneurship, and software, and I value a calm, positive home environment.
Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished room with broadband, a washing machine, and shared living space. Extras like a garden, parking, or an en-suite would be a bonus but aren’t essential. I’m happy living with male or female flatmates.
My budget is up to £475 per month, and I’m open to locations across East London, Greater London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Kent, and Thurrock as listed.
