Seeking a clean, considerate and easy-going place

I'm 33, originally from Australia, and moved to London about 2 and a half years ago. I work full-time as a data analyst in finance (I promise I have somewhat of a personality!), and typically work from home 1-2 days a week. Over the past six months, I've been travelling - backpacking around Central America for five months, then visiting friends in Austria and Australia for the holidays.

I’m looking for a long-term place, though I’m also open to something short-term if that makes things easier, giving me a bit more time to find the right spot. I’m flexible on the move-in date as well.

I’m a clean, respectful, and an easygoing person. I value open communication, and is someone who enjoys being social, but also values my own space. Ideally, I’d love to live somewhere with flatmate(s) I can comfortably share a drink or a meal with now and then, somewhere that feels welcoming and lived-in, rather than just a room in a house.
