Hi there,
I'm a 4th year PhD student looking to find accomodation in Edinburgh from March 15, when I'm coming back from a fellowship in Oxford. I'd be willing to pay deposits, or take up rent a month early, so I know I'll have somewhere to live. I'd prefer to be near Morningside but I'm happy to live anywhere.
I'm very tidy, a non-smoker, but also enjoy socializing as much as the next person. Happy to do a Zoom viewing but obviously can't do in person at the moment. I reiterate my willingness to pay a deposit.
