2 guys looking for 1/2 people to buddy up with

We’re two guys (26 & 27) looking to buddy up with 1/2 people for a 3/4 bed rental. We have been friends since uni.

Ideally looking around Finsbury Park, but open to other areas. Looking to move January.

Budget: £1,000–£1,200 per double room excluding bills.

We’re after a place that feels friendly and homely. Relaxed evenings, we are social, but also respectful of each other’s routines. We’re tidy, easy going, and want a comfortable, well-kept home. Enjoy a nightout but wouldn't want to be hosting houseparties.

We are looking for an above average property and looking for buddy ups with a similar budget of £1-1.2k for a double room excluding bills.

Looking to buddy up with either 1 or 2 guys, or 2 girls to keep a balance. 1 of us works in the office all week and one is WFH most days, both working professionals.
