I’m 34 and a full-time working professional, currently looking for a house or flat share in London. I work regular weekday hours and split my time between the office and working from home.
It's important that the room is unfurnished, as I have my own furniture.
I would prefer parking or street parking if this is available, but it's not a deal breaker.
I’m tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces, but not obsessive. I like a calm, comfortable home where everyone is friendly and communicates well, but I’m also independent and happy doing my own thing.
Outside of work I enjoy gigs, gym, going for walks, keeping active, and exploring London. I’m sociable but not a party animal, and I value a home that feels relaxed rather than chaotic.

I’m ideally looking to share with like-minded professionals in a clean, well-kept flat or house. Open to different areas of London with good transport links. I’m looking for a place that feels like a home, not just a room.
