2 friends looking for a home and/or buddies!

Eve (my current housemate) and I are looking to move into an existing place or to buddy up with someone after our tenancy ends in late February. We'd like for a social vibe, so want to live with 3-4 people (total).

A little about us: we're a pair of 27-year-old craft-loving, silly queers who met because we started up a knitting club (without knowing how to knit). We love the social, cosy home we have now and hope to build it again with new folks. We both work Mon-Fri 9-5s, and I WFH two days a week. We're into:

- craft nights
- having a boogie
- wandering around charity shops
- dungeons and dragons
- our knitting club
- watching TV on quiet nights
- queer community

About me - my name's Samira, my pronouns are she/they, I'm super into climbing and knitting, and I'm always thinking about trying a new craft (stained glass is this month's one!). I'm a big nerd and I work in tech for a renewables company. My New Year's resolutions are to dance and protest more!

What we'd like (house-wise):

- North-East area (Dalston, Finsbury Park, Manor house/green lanes, Hackney, Angel, Highbury and Islington, Seven Sisters are all in mind)
- 3-4 housemates total (including us)
- Long term tenancy, we'd like to live there at least a year and ideally longer
- Bike storage
- Unfurnished
- Near a good transport link, as we both work centrally.
- Washer and dryer, preferably more than 1 toilet.
- Move in date: From ~12th Feb, preferably closer to 27th (our move-out date).
