Looking for a cosy room for remote work

Hello! I'm back in Brighton after a couple of years working remotely from other (sunnier) places, and I'm now looking for a comfortable room to settle into from the beginning of February.

I work from home, so I’ll need enough space for a small 'workstation' (desk + chair). I also have a car, so being able to park nearby would be a big plus.

I’m hoping to join a quiet, friendly – and warm – home. In my spare time, I enjoy watching films and series, climbing, volleyball, and exploring events around town (theatre, gigs, etc.). That said, winter usually turns me into more of a film‑and‑book person… one of the few trends I actually follow.
