Quiet & tidy PhD student looking for ensuite room

Hi! I’m a PhD student and will be based at the University of Nottingham (Jubilee Campus).
I’m looking for an ensuite room in a shared house with a calm and respectful living environment.


About me
I live a healthy and structured lifestyle. I enjoy marathon running, diving, and cooking healthy meals. I usually go to bed before 11 pm, don’t stay up late, and prefer a quiet home in the evenings.
I’m clean, organised, and considerate in shared spaces — I clean the kitchen after cooking and keep common areas tidy. I don’t smoke and don’t host noisy gatherings.

Studies
I’m a full-time PhD student, so most weekdays are spent studying or working on research. My schedule is stable, and I value a peaceful home where everyone can rest properly.


Room requirements
✅Ensuite bathroom (in-room)

✅A shared kitchen is absolutely fine, as long as it is separate from the bedroom.
✅Ideally within walking distance of Jubilee Campus


Must-haves / deal-breakers

✅Non-smoking household

✅Respect for each other’s routines, especially in the evenings

✅Basic cleanliness and shared responsibility for common areas

✅A friendly, communicative household where issues can be discussed openly
