I’m a recent postgraduate currently working in York and looking for a clean, comfortable room in a friendly, well-maintained home.

I’m tidy, respectful, non-smoker, and value a calm living environment. I’m equally happy keeping to myself or being friendly with housemates, and I always clean shared spaces after use. I’m looking for a place where people are considerate and the house feels like a home.

What I’m looking for:

Furnished room (single or double)

All or most bills included

Professional or mixed professional/post-grad household

Quiet, respectful home

Good transport links or walking distance to the city centre / major bus routes
