Looking for a room

Hi there!

My name is Christopher, and I am looking for a room to move in to by the end of February. I am a professional who works in the civil service. I don't work from home and so would be out of the house during the day from Monday to Friday. I will spend a good amount of my weekends in the house.

I am a very sociable person, always keen to take part in any activities that housemates would want to do.

I have a pet cat called Fran who is almost one. I am a very responsible owner and so any new housemates I end up with would not be expected to take on any responsibility. He is also very sweet and loves company so if you love cats, he'll love you!

I would ideally prefer a double room that is spacious, and so long as there is a kitchen available to cook my meals I am happy!

I have rented and lived in belfast for 7+ years and so i have a lot of experience in sharing a house with others, I am very neat and tidy and respectful of other people's space in a household.

I hope myself and Fran will be considered :)
