7 y/o Irish music producer seeking quiet room

Hi, I’m Kevin, a 27-year-old from Ireland moving to London to study Music Production & DJ Performance at pointblank and continue my electronic music project, “winterburn”. I’m looking for a double room in a calm, friendly flatshare with people who respect each other’s space.

Day to day, I’m pretty quiet and spend most of my time working on music, studying, or out of the house. I’m tidy, non-smoker, and very respectful of shared spaces and noise, especially late at night. I’ll be studying full-time but also working part-time to support myself, so I’m financially responsible and organised.

Ideally I’m looking for:

Budget: £850 pcm

Areas: Shoreditch / Hoxton / Islington / Hackney

Move-in: from February

Term: 1 Year, potentially longer.
