I am looking for a friendly, professional to join me on a *joint tenancy* in my current rented home. The letting agent requires the incoming person to be added to the agreement as a co-tenant (this is not a lodger arrangement).

About the property

* Double room available in well kept home
* Shared living spaces, kitchen and bathroom
* Off road parking included.
* Three well behaved cats live here (So you'd need to be cat friendly)
* Quiet, comfortable and feels like a proper home rather than a party house

About me : I am a working professional, respectful, tidy and easy-going. I'm looking for someone similar, independent, considerate and happy with a calm home environment.

What i'm looking for:
* Someone happy to enter a joint tenancy (references and checks required by the agent)
* Stable, working professional
* Long-term preferred
* Non-smoker
* No additional pets due to existing cats

Rent and bills would be split fairly - happy to discuss details
