Hi, I’m Thomas, I’m 18 and currently working nights at McDonald’s. I’m a responsible, clean, and respectful person who takes shared living seriously. Because I work night shifts, I usually sleep during the day and I’m up at night that’s just my routine, and I’m always mindful to keep noise to a minimum and respect others in the house.
I’m friendly, easy to get along with, and drama-free. I’m happy to keep to myself but I can also be sociable if that’s the vibe of the house. I always pay rent on time and I’m reliable when it comes to bills and responsibilities.
My budget is around £500–£700 per month for a room. I’m flexible with rent payments and can pay monthly or bi-weekly, whichever works best for the landlord.
I’m planning to start studying again around April, so I’d be either a working professional or a student going forward not yet decided on that. I’m looking for a calm, respectful household where everyone feels comfortable and at home.
I’m ready to move asap so no deposit or low deposit would be great
