I’m Ramón, a 29-year-old professional working in fashion, and I’ll soon be starting a role as a manager at Bluewater Shopping Centre. I’m looking for a furnished double room (ideally en-suite) in a calm, clean, and friendly home, where I can properly relax after a long day at work.

About me

I’m tidy, clean, respectful, and fairly quiet at home. I’m social and friendly, but also very independent and mindful of other people’s space. Home is important to me as a place to rest and recharge, so I really value a peaceful, well-kept environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy music, art, fashion, design, musical theatre, concerts, going out occasionally, shopping, and food. I also love cozy nights and weekends at home watching films or TV.

What I’m looking for
• Furnished double room (ideally en-suite)
• Bright room with nice windows / good natural light
• Bills included (or at least predictable)
• A quiet, clean, very tidy, relaxed household
• Non-smoking / non-vaping home
• LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈

Location

I’m looking for places close to Bluewater Shopping Centre with an easy commute, including Dartford, Greenhithe, Swanscombe, and surrounding areas.

I’m looking for a minimum 6-month stay, and I’m ready to move for the right place. I’d love to live with people who are friendly and social when it suits, but who also respect each other’s space.
