PhD student looking room or buddy Up in Jesmond

I am Martxel from Basque Country (North of Spain). I Will be in Newcastle Upon Tyne, in an international stay during april- July ( 3-4 months). I Will be working at Newcastle University (Agricultural science). Im looking for accomodation, full furnished.

Im easygoing, I like playing sports, walking on the street, travel, watching movies,... I can speak Basque, spanish and english (intermediate).

I need a formal writting agreement and payment from-to bank account.
