We're Caro and Rob, 2 professionals looking for a studio, 1-bed flat or maisonette from Mid-February in
Ladbroke Grove (Golborne Road / Westbourne Park edges)

What we’re looking for:

6–8 month let from mid-February
Budget £1,700 - £2,000 pcm max. INCLUDING all bills.
Quiet residential street, with a vibrant, walkable neighbourhood nearby
Independent cafés, food spots, and local shops within easy reach
Walking distance to a Tube station
Furnished, semi-furnished, or unfurnished all considered
Size is flexible, location and neighbourhood feel matter more than square metres

Professional couple, homeowners, non-smokers
Senior Project Manager + University Researcher
Excellent references, proof of income, and full documentation available
One calm, well-behaved indoor cat, very settled and well cared for. She's adorable:)

As I’ll be writing my PhD thesis, a quiet road is important, but close to lively, characterful street life.

Rob is Irish, I'm Uruguayan / Spanish and we're easy going, tidy and currently living in Hertfordshire, but relocating to London for work before we move to Ireland later on in the year.
