Full-Time Post Grad Student searching for calm

I am about to start a full-time course at Uni of Rohampton and will hopefully get some part-time work while I study. Am planning on studying on campus and would like a room where I can relax in the evenings/time off.

Am generally quiet and tidy. I don't mind pitching in with cleaning and helping out around the house/flat. Would like to be able to prepare simple meals like salads/pasta in the kitchen and use of a washing machine to clean clothes.

I hope to go back home to write my dissertation mid or end of April. Am British with the right to live and work here.
