Kiwis looking for two long term rooms

Hi! We’re Hannah (28) and Tate (27), both from New Zealand. We’re looking for two long term rooms from late January/early Feb in a place in Zone 2 or 3, ideally North or East but happy to be flexible (good transport links a priority!). Our budget each is approx. £850pm incl bills.

We’re both writers; Hannah currently works full-time in Covent Garden at a media agency and Tate is freelancing across publishing and the performing arts. We’re clean and considerate, and looking for a place that feels like a home (rather than a party house!). In our spare time, we like films, theatre, cooking/baking, exploring restaurants/cafés and galleries, and a good walk (so bonus points if there’s a park nearby).
