Looking for +1 for a 3 bed flat in Shoreditch

Hi, good to meet you!

My brother and I have found a 3 bed in Shoreditch (5 minutes from Shoreditch station) and are looking for one person to fill the 3rd room.

We are 23 and 28, one working in AI safety research and the other working in data consulting in the NHS. We're both sociable, healthy living, like to chill out in the house and make new friends. I (Robin) am currently learning Spanish, and like to chill and practise the guitar in my free time. Sunny is big into meditation and mindfulness, is learning German (after spending a year in Munich in 2023) and thinking through various tech projects (which I understand very little about)...

We're also vegetarian/vegans, although this isn't a requirement for a flatmate.

The cost is £1170 each + bills, for a 3 double room 2 bathroom flat which looks full of natural light and with a nice kitchen and living room. Move in date is 1st-14th February (can be flexible). If you're interested, message me and we can set up a call to have a chat?
