Looking for fellow angels to live with

Hiya! I’m 28, originally from Scotland and currently living in SE London, but my house contract ends on 21st February so I’m looking for a new place. I’d love to find a room in a social, laid-back house, or find nice people to find somewhere together. Ideally looking around Zone 1–2, with a bit of a preference for north of the river after a decent amount of time in SE. My budget is around £800 pcm and I’m fairly flexible on move-in, but late February / early March would be ideal.

I work as an electrical engineer. Outside of work I’m usually playing guitar, drawing, cycling or building bikes, and I’ve recently been getting into tattoo bits too. I like going to the pub, having decent chats, and getting out and about in London, but I’m not looking for a party house.

I’m tidy, easy to live with, and I like putting effort into making a place feel like home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Ideally looking for somewhere with a shared living room and space for a desk as I occasionally work from home.
