Hi, I’m Spiros. I grew up in the North West and am ethnically Greek-Colombian. I’m moving to Manchester in September to start a finance apprenticeship, after completing college, a gap year, and one year at university.

I’m friendly, organised, and respectful of shared spaces. My current housemates describe me as tidy, reliable, and easy to live with. During the week I’ll be fairly structured because of work, but I’m sociable and enjoy sports, good conversations and shared meals.

Work & routine:
I’ll be working full-time in finance, so weekdays are usually focused and predictable. I value a calm, clean home environment and open communication.

What I’m looking for:
• A tidy apartment or house share in Manchester (ideally close to the city centre)
• Budget: ideally under £700 per month including bills
• From mid-August
• A clean, well-maintained room
• Housemates who are friendly, growth-minded, and respectful

Deal-breakers:
• Persistent mess or poor hygiene in shared spaces
• A party-heavy house
• Unclear or unreliable arrangements around bills or contracts
